ISMail Pro was designed from the ground up to be a high performance mail server. The server core is highly dynamic and all key subsystems are multi-threaded and buffered for maximum overlap.
Separate incoming and outgoing mail queues are used for pipelined message processing.
Very few configuration changes are required to gain maximum speed although the connection limits may be increased with only a small change in the memory footprint, and logging can be tailored to suit the requirements of the site.
