Web Server: Diagnostics

Diagnostics check various MiniPortal configuration and status functions, and its interaction with other software.

Run the diagnostics any time you suspect MiniPortal's files may have been corrupted, or you encounter problems using MiniPortal.

Diagnostics are:

• Microsoft FrontPage 2000 Server Extensions Support Test
• Web Server Configuration Test

Microsoft FrontPage 2000 Server Extensions Support Test

This test checks the software and configuration information required to use the Server Extensions with one or more web sites. If any error messages or warnings appear, follow the instructions given by the test to fix the problem.

Web Server Configuration Test

This test displays various MiniPortal configuration information. Although this test does not indicate errors, the information displayed can be compared to previous test runs to check for differences which might cause errors.
