ISMail^® EP Adds Secure Messaging and Databases

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA -- December 21st, 2005 -- InstantServers has released SSL/TLS and database support for ISMail EP, bringing secure messaging and application data integration to the ISMail product line.

ISMail EP targets small and medium size businesses with increased performance, mail account sharing, powerful spam filtering, and now secure messaging with SSL/TLS and database integration with LDAP and ODBC.

Account sharing includes access to both public folders and shared user account folders with account-specific administrative permissions using access control lists (ACLs).

Spam filtering encompasses seven (7) layers of protection using both internal filters and web anti-spam services to deliver nearly spam-free mailboxes.

SSL/TLS support includes up to 256-bit encryption to prevent eavesdropping at all levels of message exchange.

Database integration enables LDAP, ODBC, or the internal ISMail EP database to store account configuration information.

As with the other ISMail servers, easy setup menus and server configuration checking tools get ISMail EP up and running in almost no time.

ISMail EP is priced at $495 including one year of upgrades and support. ISMail EP is available now from the InstantServers' website (http://instantservers.com). A free 30-day trial version is also available for download.
